Translating and interpreting in the field of human resources management. Continuous assistance to the Japanese HR director in resolving conflicts in the work team and interpreting in emotional situations related to the actions of local staff. Furthermore, interpreting at meetings between representatives of Hitachi Home Electronics (Czech), s.r.o. and the Ústí nad Labem Regional Council or the Louny and Most Labor Office. Translations, interpreting  and work an EA during the mass termination and the closure of the production plant at the end.

Interpreting and translation at the start and stabilization of mass production of the new production plant.
